Stephanie Lai

Stephanie is the Executive Vice President of NOVUS Innovations, where she leads all Philippine-based projects. She steers the organization's global vision to create change within the local socio-economic environment, all while working with our diverse set of partners to achieve this.

Outside of NOVUS, Stephanie is a student at the Ateneo de Manila University, taking up BS Management Engineering. With a keen interest in problem-solving and social impact, she hopes to drive corporations toward sustainable development through management consulting. Passionate about female empowerment in her fields, she also aims to create platforms that enable women to break career stereotypes and pave their own paths.
