Maya Belgica 

Maya is the Marketing Director of NOVUS Innovations in which she mainly handles the social media presence of the organization. She ensures that the NOVUS’ presence is consistent and stays active in order to gain outside engagement with the organization. 

Outside of NOVUS, Maya is a scholar at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. After university, Maya hopes to pave a path that allows her to pursue architecture as her career. With her strong desire for change, she stays involved in numerous advocacies in order to keep herself up to date with society’s state. Her main advocacies center on Sustainability and Youth Empowerment. Raised in a school with high academic standards compared to many, witnessing the effects of academic pressure has made her strive to create a community that allows students to rekindle their love for learning.
